The Coronary Health Improvement Project, CHIP, is a scientifically sound, community health education program that includes an intensive four-weeks of video-based lifestyle education with pre and post clinical testing and monthly follow-up sessions. CHIP not only inspires and facilitates needed lifestyle changes, but in contrast with expensive live-in programs, it also provides an ongoing local support system.
