The idea for the Adventist Webservants Association was originally conceived by Adventist lay-persons who were members of the NAD/PlusLine “eChurch Award” website evaluation team that served during 2004 (sponsored by the North America Division, PlusLine and TAGnet). The Adventist Webservants Association is currently administered and sponsored by the AdventWeb Ministry of the Norwalk Seventh-day Adventist Church in the Southern California Conference. Primary funding for AdventWeb is provided by the Pacific Union Conference.
